This oven baked salmon is a simple, no-fuss dinner that tastes like you spent way more time on it than you did. Fresh salmon fillets are coated in a bright, garlicky lemon and herb mixture, with Cavender’s Greek Seasoning adding a savory, Mediterranean-inspired depth of flavor. It’s perfect for busy weeknights, yet elegant enough for guests—and with a bonus sheet-pan veggie, you’ve got a complete meal with minimal cleanup.
