Veggie Beef Soup

This veggie beef soup is hearty, comforting, and perfect for using pantry staples to create a satisfying meal. Ingredients:

- 1 package ground beef

- 1 can diced fire roasted tomatoes with garlic

- 1 yellow onion diced

- 1 small package baby carrots chopped

- 1 can shoe peg corn

- 1 can cut green beans

- 1 t beef bouillon paste

- 1 can tomato soup


Instructions:

Brown ground beef and diced onion in bottom of pot. Drain off grease. Dump in all other ingredients and add water to soup consistency you like. Simmer till carrots are soft.
