Cavender's Cheese Tortillas

These cheesy tortilla crisps are an easy, crowd-pleasing snack that comes together in minutes. Warm corn tortillas are topped with melted Mexican-style cheese, a light sprinkle of Cavender's Greek Seasoning, and optional jalapeños for a little kick. The result is crispy around the edges, melty in the center, and packed with bold flavor, perfect for game day, quick appetizers, or an anytime snack.



Ingredients

  • 6 small round corn tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

  • Cavender’s Greek Seasoning, to taste

  • Sliced jalapeños, optional


Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler and lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Arrange the tortillas in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  3. Top each tortilla evenly with shredded cheese. Add sliced jalapeños if desired.

  4. Season lightly with Cavender’s Greek Seasoning. A little goes a long way.

  5. Broil for 2–4 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned around the edges.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.


Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or pico de gallo
