Green Bean Casserole

This green bean casserole is a creamy, cheesy twist on a classic comfort dish. French-style green beans and sweet shoe peg corn are folded into a rich, savory base, then topped with a buttery Ritz cracker and almond crunch that bakes up golden and irresistible. It’s an easy casserole that feels right at home on a holiday table but is simple enough for a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients:
- 2 cans French style green beans drained
- 1 can shoe peg corn
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 carton 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or Mexican cheese blend)
- 1 T Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
Topping
- 1 sleeve ritz crackers crushed
- 1 package of slivered almonds
- 1 stick melted butter
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend top ingredients together and place in casserole dish.
2) Next top casserole with toppings combined. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
